The Alsace is one of the most attractive regions to practice geocaching in France. Not only because we have a lot of nice girls and for the fact that we are known for our tasty beer and fine wines. But there’s a lot more to discover in probably one of the most ‘exotic’ regions of the country.
The scenic Vosges mountains, the many different vintages, the swampy lowlands of the Rhine Valley and a colourful mix of a rural environment almost everywhere . Last but not least, the Alsace has a very interesting cultural and historical heritage, which includes a delicious kitchen.
A fast growing number of about 335 regional geocachers, many of them living in traditional villages and towns of a stunning beauty, are pleased to meet you! They know their own region and its hidden attractions as no one else!
